Beyond: Two Souls has a confirmed release date of October 8th with some pre-order bonuses to go with it.

The game is going to star the acting talents of Willem Dafoe as Nathan Dawkins and Ellen Page as Jodie Holmes. You may know Ellen Pge from the popular movies Inception and Juno, and you of course have to know Willem Defoe from the hit movie…The English Patient. Oh, and I guess he played the Green Goblin in the first Spider-Man movie, but I don’t think anybody really cares about that.

As for the preorder bonuses,  those who reserve the game at GameStop (or EB Games in Canada) will receive an “exclusive” 30-minute playable scene. Details on this will be available at a later date.

Also, all who preorder the game will upgrade to the Beyond: Two Souls Special Edition. This includes a steelbook packaging, a behind-the-scenes video feature, the game’s soundtrack, a PS3 dynamic theme, and a PlayStation Network avatar bundle.

Don’t know how many of you like David Cage’s previous work but since Willem Dafoe is in this game you have pretty much have to buy it now.
