Well, slightly. Though the oft-delayed title was most recently slated for a September launch, it has now been confirmed that August 30th will see it released in Europe, with North America following suit on September 3rd.
The former Wii U exclusive was famously delayed multiple times, most notably to accommodate its switch to a multi-platform release. Though this initially angered some fans – prompting the release of the Rayman Legends Challenges app for free on the Wii U eShop – it recently emerged that the delay would also see an increase in content.
Rayman Legends will be available for Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii U. Rumors of a PlayStation Vita release have not been confirmed, though such a version was recently listed by a Spanish retailer for launch on August 29th, neatly fitting the official release timetable on other platforms.
